1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, control plane application, software development kits (SDKs), or services provided by AI Sage, Inc. ("AI Sage," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of Service

AI Sage provides a runtime control plane, policy enforcement engine, observability suite, and emergency intervention tools for production AI agents and autonomous workflows.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to bypass legitimate access controls.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the AI Sage infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Exceed authorized usage tiers without upgrading your subscription.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Free developer tiers are subject to usage limits. Paid subscriptions (Team, Growth, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in an executed Enterprise Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

AI Sage retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, SDKs, trademarks, and trade secrets. You retain all ownership of your agent code, internal workflows, and proprietary prompts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
